Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have a flat roof that was having leaking issues. Time was of the essence as we had a big storm on the horizon. He filed the permit, got all the material, and locked in his team to get the TPO roof installed/gutter system re-routed, repaired the soffit, and replaced the skylight ; all within a very short window of time. I can express how grateful I am for Mike’s attention to detail, professionalism, and urgency to my project needs. I’d high recommend Mike to any of my family or friends.
All I want to say is this company is a lifesaver, and I really do appreciate Mr.Mike help! I 100% recommend! I called around 3 in the morning and he came as soon as possible! We tried so many different companies and they all told us no they can’t help us, we even called the fire department and they told us no, we called animal control and they told us no. But when I called Mr.Mike he was the first to say he’ll come. And that’s exactly what he did, and he went the extra mile to keep calling and texting to check up on us. I had several projects going on in my home, I contacted Mike from Exterior Solutions and he gave me very detailed estimates, I was happy with the price, they did the job on schedule and they left everything nice and clean. I would call them again for future projects.
Mike and his crew did a fantastic job helping us with a roof repair. He was always responsive, did it for a fair price and the roof looks great. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped us with one other small task on the roof unrelated to the job they were doing. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend!
