From where we started to where we at now š we we are beyond grateful and proud for this progress! We had American Home Remodeling renovated our kitchen, dining, patio and full basement and this was truly one of the BEST decision we have made. First four are the 'before' and you'll be amaze how American Home turned our house into a HOME. Kudos to JOHN, definitely a 5 star to him!!! We recently had the pleasure of working with George and his team at AHR on our deck renovation and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We used American Home Remodeling for a new roof, gutters and siding on our home and it was the most stress-free experience we have ever had with a contractor. Nick Fiore was our project manager and we have nothing but great things to say about him and this company. Nick was very honest, personable, and detail oriented. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions and all phone calls were always promptly returned. He was super patient when I kept going back and forth over color choices for both the roof and the siding or whether to choose vinyl vs. compositeā¦we decided to go with composite based on Nickās recommendation - amazing product ā so happy we went with it! We acquired other quotes when we were in the preliminary stages of deciding on a company, and as is usually the case, some prices were higher and some were lower. Right off the bat, Nick took the time to sit with us and go over all the contracts to make sure we were comparing āapples to applesā. His trustworthiness was evident from the start and though he wasnāt our lowest quote, we were extremely happy to have chosen him when the job was completed. We were not nickel and dimed. The price he quoted us was what we ended up paying! We were always kept in the loop when it came to material delivery and the job was started and completed earlier than expected. All of the work crews were hard-working, professional and always consulted with us if they had a question. I would not hesitate to recommend American Home Remodeling ā the best decision we made when it came to this project! Amazing transformation!
American Home Remodeling vinyl sided our rental lake home. There was a vinyl supply chain shortage at the time, and Nicholas Fiore advised us of the situation. He provided us with an estimate, followed by the work-order. The supplies came in at a reasonable time. Nick called to advise the supplies would be delivered, along with a dumpster and the work crew would arrive the same day to start tearing down the cedar shake shingles. Everything went according to plan and the job was completed within a week. My wife and I were very pleased with the job, as well as Nick and the crew from American Home Remodeling.
American Home Remodeling did a great job siding my house. They also installed leaders and gutters. The team was professional. There were repairs that were needed and done quickly. They cleaned up every day. I am so happy with the way my house looks. I did have some questions while making my decision as to which company to hire. The owner is always reachable which is important to me. I would highly recommend American Home Remodeling.
