I still have shingles falling off my roof Terrible I s had rob put a brand new roof on my house paid him the extra money for the unforeseen little problem that he said I had he tried to charge me extra for the color of the shingles and the permit that was all included in the original price. He told me how they were going to do the job but come to find out he did it wrong he did not follow the manufactures directions and highnailed the whole roof hightailing is when you nail the shingles in the wrong place he came back a few times and fixed a few shingles but the problem keeps coming back shingles fall off my roof all the time then he stopped answering my calls and text I’ve had to have my roof repaired several other times by other contractors who have told me that they found that he did a terrible job. I wouldn’t let him put a roof on a dog house terrible job terrible customer service horrible person to deal with stay far away from this guy I wish I could post pictures of the horrible job this guy did
Rob and crew of RBM did a great job of my roof. I was referred to him and checked with the fellow who has handled roof repairs for me over the years. He had inspected roofs done by RBM before and said he does a very good job and uses all good materials. I therefore felt quite comfortable hiring Rob, because who wants to over rely on the warranty, right?!! The roof looks great! Mine was a very pitched multiple sections of roof, and not easy. Rob was professional, answered all my questions in the planning phase. His crew cleaned up well. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'm a tough customer. Thank you Rob!
Rob and his team are amazing. His quality, professionalism and pricing was the way all contractors should be. I have had many roof replacements over the years, this was one was done without one issue and the clean up was perfect, not one nail, staple etc was left behind. Rob committed to timing and price and he was a man of his word. Great team, great experience, there honestly is no need to look anywhere else. Decide with confidence RBM is the right choice, hands down.
UPDATE: ABOUT 3 YEARS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, MY ROOF STARTED LEAKING. I CALLED AND TEXTED AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND GOT NO RESPONSE!!! What a difference from contractors I have worked with in the past!! My roof replacement required a lot of extra work to keep out pests that I have been battling for years. Rob and his team offered suggestions, gave many in progress updates and let me know when they ran into issues that would impact the cost before they started the additional work. The clean up was fantastic! I have an historic house and had a few special requests in additional to the pest problem and Rob was sensitive to my concerns, flexible and great with offering solutions. I highly recommend this company!
Rob had repaired and then, when needed, replaced our roof several years ago. Excellent job and great work ethic. So, when my gutters needed replacing, he was the first...and only person I called for the job. It was completed today and it was a stellar job. Looks great, and the peace of mind in knowing how the work was done is so important. I would recommend Rob and RBM Roofing to anyone looking for quality work!
