Penyak replaced our roof and gutters, including all of the boards because they were all at the end of their life. At first it all seemed great, the roof looked awesome. Then, the gutters were done. I have found sharp pieces of gutter and at least 10 screws around the yard that my dogs and toddler run around in. I was furious! Then we opened the attic to find that they didn't lay anything down when working and all our boxes of decorations, extra baby items, and new insulation had roofing debris all over them! The worst part was when we were in the attic we noticed mold growing all over the new boards. We called Penyak and they did send someone out, although it was a complete waste of time because they are claiming the mold is because we have false baffles. We have never had mold in our attic and have always had fake baffles. I'm very upset and we have. Toddler living in a house with an attic full of mold! I'll never use this company again and I will tell the whole world to never use this company again. They had a chance to fix the issue and instead came up with an excuse.
We had our roof replaced by Penyak and it was a pleasure to deal with Joe Penyak and the Penyak employees. Communication was excellent: All our questions were answered promptly and completely. Installation took less than 5 hours and potential glitches (like replacing the rusty old attic fan) were handled smoothly. Clean up was fine with no damage to plantings around the house. The cost, by comparison to other estimates, was very reasonable. We are altogether very satisfied.

Had about 5 roofing reviews, Penyak had the best price and the owner explained everything in detail. My roof had 2 layers, was over 28 years old, and needed to be replaced. They had to rip the 2 layers off, down to the plywood, and replace all the shingles, flashing, new aluminum drip edges, and replace a rotted part of the garage soffit. They came early in the morning, placed protective tarps over the entire property and replaced the entire roof in one day. They were very careful and did a complete clean-up. In addition, any questions I had were answered by the office quickly and I never had an issue with them. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement. Mike

After I phoned them, Penyak quickly sent an expert evaluator to assess the damaged areas. Then they provided a financial estimate for the work, which was considerably less than I expected.
