We used American Home Remodeling for a new roof, gutters and siding on our home and it was the most stress-free experience we have ever had with a contractor. Nick Fiore was our project manager and we have nothing but great things to say about him and this company. Nick was very honest, personable, and detail oriented. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions and all phone calls were always promptly returned. He was super patient when I kept going back and forth over color choices for both the roof and the siding or whether to choose vinyl vs. composite…we decided to go with composite based on Nick’s recommendation - amazing product – so happy we went with it! We acquired other quotes when we were in the preliminary stages of deciding on a company, and as is usually the case, some prices were higher and some were lower. Right off the bat, Nick took the time to sit with us and go over all the contracts to make sure we were comparing “apples to apples”. His trustworthiness was evident from the start and though he wasn’t our lowest quote, we were extremely happy to have chosen him when the job was completed. We were not nickel and dimed. The price he quoted us was what we ended up paying! We were always kept in the loop when it came to material delivery and the job was started and completed earlier than expected. All of the work crews were hard-working, professional and always consulted with us if they had a question. I would not hesitate to recommend American Home Remodeling – the best decision we made when it came to this project! Amazing transformation!

So I have had two jobs completed with AHR and have loved both experiences. The first job was a bathroom gut job and renovation. While it took longer than normally because they had to coordinate all the sub contractors together they were able to get it done and I am very happy with it. There are couple mistakes here and there was it comes to the paint and tiling but overall it is wonderful. The second job was a fence replace and repair. A drunk driver has crashed into my fence and it needed to be replaced. John (my contractor) worked with my insurance and kept me informed on every step of the way so I was comfortable with the process. Once the fence piece has been fabricated they installed it. While the sub contractor did leave a bit of a mess it was easily cleaned up. I highly recommend American Home Remodeling for any work that you might need to have done. Their financing options are good and they are willing to work with you on things as well. I plan to hire them for future projects as well.

American Home Remodeling vinyl sided our rental lake home. There was a vinyl supply chain shortage at the time, and Nicholas Fiore advised us of the situation. He provided us with an estimate, followed by the work-order. The supplies came in at a reasonable time. Nick called to advise the supplies would be delivered, along with a dumpster and the work crew would arrive the same day to start tearing down the cedar shake shingles. Everything went according to plan and the job was completed within a week. My wife and I were very pleased with the job, as well as Nick and the crew from American Home Remodeling.

I recently got my roof and siding done by this company and I must say, they did an excellent job. From coming to my property to give me a free estimate to the final inspection they took care of it all. They answered every question and concerns I had. I highly recommend this company and the staff was friendly and helpful.

American home remodeling is definitely a company i would recommend. Working with them on renewing the roof on my home. It was a very professional and great experience to work through this process which had a quick turnover. Mark is someone who took the time to deliver all the needs. I definitely recommend!
