We had our downstairs windows and the whole house done with vinyl siding. Very satisfied with the outcome. This team was very professional and the owners Jim and John and sales person Jeanine are the nicest people and very easy to work with. The 2 teams that worked on the house were very timely and did a great job. Great customer service. They are local business and I highly recommend their services for home improvement needs.
Jim, Pedro, and their crew did a excellent job with our home renovation. We received several quotes to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms and ground floor and Afforable Home's quote was by far the best. Throughout the process, Jim and Pedro each made suggestions on how to make our renovation unique to us. The result was even better than we imagined. Affordable was hired to rebuild a porch at my home. While the job was to take a few days, the weather dropped to 0 and the crew had to wrap up. Next morning I awoke to no water. I figured the pipe would thaw and we’d have water. But within an hour the pipe burst. While I shut the water flow and cleaned up I called Anthony the foreman and told him what happened. While he is not a plumber, he said, I’ll come over and try to see if he could fix it. Within 10 minutes, he shows up with his kids in the car, saw the problem and said he could handle it. A trip to the plumbing supply and within an hour we had water again. A lot of companies would have said “Call a Plumber.” Anthony came over and solved the problem. That’s integrity, service and good old fashioned professionalism. Thanks Affordable and the entire team.
Affordable Home Services offered me the most inexpensive, reasonable estimate among five contractors I had contacted last summer. Not only did their assessment meet my budget, but they also did high-quality, fantastic jobs on my house. They did a beautiful siding with a new front entrance. The owner, Jim, is a genuinely customer-focused contractor who runs over the seventy-year-old family business in New Jersey. He did care about even my request to fix a small dent on the aluminum trim by the roof a month later after completing the siding job. Also, he provided me with a list of reliable, professional contractors for my other needs, such as asphalt paving, garage door replacement, etc. I appreciate Jim's help very much and highly recommend Affordable Home Services. From the initial consultation to the final product the experience of having our roof replaced with Affordable Home Services has been outstanding.
